Got a Leak?

Do you know about bribes, bid-fixing, overpricing, or other corrupt activities in your office? Tell the world about it, safely and securely, without anyone finding out who you are. Be an anonymous hero and upload direct or indirect evidence of corruption, such as photocopies, audio recordings, video, or photographs.
PinoyLeaks is a non-profit organization dedicated to exposing corruption in the Philippine national and local governments, by means of channelling evidence to the blogosphere. We have a secure and safe system for whistleblowers to submit information anonymously.

PinoyLeaks is similar to Wikileaks, except the mission is specifically focused on exposing corruption only, the scope is limited to the Philippines, and PinoyLeaks works with bloggers instead of traditional media. It is up to the bloggers whether to spread news about a leak.

Please help us fight corruption in the Philippines by spreading the word about PinoyLeaks. We can only start making an impact if we are widely known throughout the country.

This is a welcome initiative which deserves the support of netizens and advocates of transparency in governance. Only the corrupt politicians and other crooks in government would block the success of PinoyLeaks. PinoyLeaks is another proof of the potential of technology to improve governance in society.
